ACTS Pathways is dedicated to providing fully functional transitional housing and comprehensive wrap-around support services for homeless youth and women escaping domestic violence. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive living environment that empowers participants to become self-sufficient within a designated period of time. Founded by Starya Pope and guided by a committed board including Treasurer Charlotte Owens, Secretary Renett Riddle, and Board Member Evelynn Roberts, we are driven by our core values of Accountability, Safety, Confidentiality & Dignity, and Empowerment & Respect.

Our vision is to break the cycle of homelessness and abuse by providing participants with comprehensive resources that promote mental health and healing, financial stability, additional education, and crisis prevention. Through our integrated approach to transitional housing and support services, we help individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and hope, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to achieve lasting independence and stability.
